 Upon cancellation of a booking: A deposit will be refunded, less $50 cancellation fee, if canceled 2 weeks or more, prior to arrival AND the cabin is re-rented with a similar reservation.   There is a 2 night minimum on daily rentals, when available.

A deposit of $250 is required, within 2 weeks of making the reservation, to hold the cabin.  Balance is due upon arrival
